Batch QR Codes is an independent project, not a company. There is no support team, so replies come from a person and may take a few days.
Reporting a problem
If a batch did not generate correctly, the following details make it much faster to work out what went wrong:
- Which mode you were using — CSV upload or manual entry.
- The settings you had chosen: QR codes per image, whether labels were on, which column you picked for filenames.
- Roughly how many rows were involved, and a couple of example URLs (or made-up ones with the same shape, if the real ones are sensitive).
- Your browser and operating system.
Please do not email us your actual CSV file if it contains anything confidential. The generator never sends it anywhere — emailing it to us would be the only way it ever left your machine. A description of the column structure is almost always enough.
Feature requests
Most of what the tool does today started as someone's email. The copies field, the filename column picker and the printed labels all came from people describing a job the tool could not quite do yet. If something is missing for your workflow, it is worth asking.
