Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of batchqrcodes.com ("the Site") and the QR code generator it provides ("the Service"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Service
The Service generates QR code images from data you supply. It runs entirely within your browser; we do not receive, process or store the data you enter. The Service is provided free of charge, without an account, and without any guarantee of continued availability.
The QR codes you create are yours
We claim no ownership over the QR code images you generate and place no restrictions on their use. You may use them commercially, print them, redistribute them, embed them in products, and sell material containing them. No attribution is required and no licence fee applies.
QR Code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated. The underlying QR code specification is open and free to use; the trademark concerns the term itself rather than the codes you generate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- encode links to malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the codes will be used;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or create codes intended to deceive people about where a link leads;
- place QR codes over or in place of codes belonging to someone else, including on payment terminals, parking meters, or public signage;
- attempt to disrupt the Site, or use automated means to overload it.
Because the Service runs on your device, we have no technical ability to monitor or block what you encode. That responsibility rests entirely with you.
Static codes and their limits
Codes produced by this Service are static: the destination is encoded directly into the pattern. A printed code cannot be edited or redirected afterwards, and no scan tracking is available. Verify that every code scans correctly and resolves to the intended destination before printing in volume. We are not responsible for the cost of reprinting material containing incorrect codes.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated codes will be readable by every scanner in every condition.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or connected with your use of the Service — including printing costs, misdirected scans, or business interruption. Since the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed zero United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case the above applies to the maximum extent permitted there.
Advertising
The Site displays third-party advertising. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the products, services or content of advertisers. Your dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and them. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
Site content
The written guides, page text and design of the Site are © 2026 Batch QR Codes. You are welcome to link to them and to quote short excerpts with attribution; republishing them in full is not permitted.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. The Site may be discontinued at any time without notice.
